Originate

POST /v1/credit/apply stores a sandbox decision and does not disburse. 50011 is approved. An amount that ends in 99 is CREDIT_REJECTED.

Originate micro-credit after you like the simulation.

1. GET /v1/credit/simulate first if you want the offer shape.
2. POST /v1/credit/apply with amount 50011 and months 6.
3. GET /v1/credit/:applicationId reads the decision. The event is credit.decision.
