Fund an account

POST /v1/payments/fund records a wallet result. An amount that ends in 77 succeeds. balanceXof stays 0. This call does not book a ledger entry.

Fund a just-opened wallet with 5077 XOF and read a zero balance.

Open the account first.
POST /v1/payments/fund with amount 5077. An amount that ends in 00 is PAYMENT_FAILED.
GET /v1/accounts/:accountId/balance still returns balanceXof 0.
