List an account

GET balance returns balanceXof 0. GET transactions returns an empty list. A sandbox key only sees its own tenant.

Read the wallet you opened. The list stays empty.

1. GET /v1/accounts/:accountId/balance.
2. GET /v1/accounts/:accountId/transactions.
3. A key from another tenant is ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND.
